109.13 Choice of Assistance (AAM)

An individual has the right to apply for any category of financial or medical assistance administered by DFA. If eligible for more than one category, the individual must choose one.

An individual may be eligible for and receive financial or medical assistance under one category, while other members of the same household are eligible for and receive * assistance under other categories.
