215.01 Residential Care Facility Payment (AAM)

If the individual is determined eligible for assistance, financial assistance is paid directly to the recipient. The recipient is responsible for paying the Residential Care Facility (RCF).

The individual and the RCF administrator agree on the rate of payment to the RCF.

The recipient is legally entitled to keep a $74 personal needs allowance from monthly income.
