CORRECTIVE PAYMENTS (AAM)

A payment of money to a recipient who received less than they were entitled to receive as a result of an administrative error on the part of the Division of Family Assistance (DFA).

Treatment: Countable resource in the second month following the month of receipt.

Example: Consider a corrective payment received in April a countable resource in June.
