415.05 Transfers by Financial Assistance Applicants or Recipients (AAM)

Evaluate all transfers of countable assets that:

. Are for less than fair market value,

. Occur within 36 months prior to application,

. Occur within 60 months prior to application if assets were transferred to a trust

. Occur while the application is pending, or

. Occur while the recipient receives financial assistance.
