415.07 Transfers by an Institutionalized Individual (AAM)

Assets Transferred on or After 2/8/06

Evaluate all transfers of countable assets or homes that:

. Are for less than fair market value;

. Occur within 60 months prior to application;

. Occur while the application is pending; or

. Occur while a recipient.

Assets Transferred Prior to 2/8/06

. Occur within 36 months prior to institutionalization, if the individual is eligible for medical assistance at institutionalization or any time after institutionalization, or

. Occur within 60 months prior to application or institutionalization if assets were transferred to a trust.
