603 DISREGARDS (AAM)

There are three types of disregards allowed in the determination of eligibility. They are the:

• Earned Income Disregard (Section603.01 ),

• Employment Expense Disregard (Section603.03 ), and

• Adult Standard Disregard (Section 603.05 ).
