141 ACTIONS ON CHANGES SR 94-04, 04/04 (AAM-A)

When an individual reports a change in information, take all of the following actions:

• Record the reported change and the date.

- use Form 63, Report of Information Change.

• Redetermine eligibility by either:

- a desk review (see Part 153, Desk Reviews), or

- a full redetermination (see Part 155, Redetermination).

• Take action on the change within 10 working days.

• Notify the individual of any required information or verifications.

• Allow the individual 10 calendar days to provide verification of the change.

• Determine the effect of the change on the individuals eligibility and benefits.
