155.03 Termination at Redetermination SR 02-24, 10/02 (AAM-A)

Terminate financial or medical assistance if either of the following apply:

. the individual no longer meets eligibility criteria; or

. the individual fails or refuses to:

- appear for a required personal interview without good cause; or

- complete and return Form 771A, Nursing Home Redetermination, or 800R, Review for Continued Eligibility for Financial, Medical, and Food Stamp Benefits, if a personal interview is not required.
