155.03 Termination at Redetermination SR 96-48, 11/96 (AAM-A)

Terminate financial or medical assistance if either of the following apply:

• the individual no longer meets eligibility criteria, or

• the individual fails or refuses to:

- appear for a required personal interview without good cause, or

- complete and return Form 771, 771A, or 800(R) if a personal interview is not required.
