155.03 Termination at Redetermination SR 98-51, 12/98 (AAM-A)

Terminate financial or medical assistance if either of the following apply:

. the individual no longer meets eligibility criteria; or

. the individual fails or refuses to:

- appear for a required personal interview without good cause; or

- complete and return Form 771A, or 800R(Adult) if a personal interview is not required.
