173 MINIMUM MANDATORY STATE SUPPLEMENT (MMSS) SR 94-04, 04/94 (AAM-A)

Individuals who received financial assistance in December 1973 must continue to receive an amount equal to their total amount of income received from all sources in December 1973. If the individual is currently over income, do a recurring grant adjustment for the difference between the individual’s current total monthly income and their December 1973 total monthly income. Individuals lose MMSS status for any of the following reasons:

• case closes, unless the closing is due to loss of residency and the individual regains residency, or

• the current standard of need increases above the individual’s current total monthly income.
