217.01 Community Residence Payment SR 05-36, 11-05 (AAM-A)

If the individual is determined eligible for assistance in a community residence, financial assistance is paid directly to the recipient. The recipient is responsible for paying the community residence.

The individual and the community residence manager agree on the rate of payment to the community residence.

The recipient is legally entitled to keep a $56 personal needs allowance from monthly income.
