233 ASSISTANCE GROUP COMPOSITION FOR QMB, QDWI, SLMB, SLMB135, OR SLMB175 SR 99-18, 05/99 (AAM-A)

The following individuals must be included in the assistance group if they reside together:

• individual requesting assistance;

• individual’s spouse; and

• any child requesting assistance.

If the individual requesting assistance resides in a special living arrangement, refer to the following sections for assistance group composition:

• RCF, community residence, nursing facility, HCBC-DD or HCBC-ABD. See Parts 229, Assistance Group Composition for Group Living, and 230, Assistance Group Composition for HCBC-DD/ABD.
