317.01 Reimbursement - Financial Assistance SR 94-04, 04/94 (AAM-A)

Applicants and recipients of financial assistance under the OAA and APTD programs must acknowledge reimbursement and agree to the imposition of a lien on any real property owned by the individual and/or their spouse before financial assistance can be issued.

Instruct the individual and their spouse (if applicable) to complete Form 770, Reimbursement Agreement and Acknowledgment. Deny or terminate assistance if the individual and their spouse fail or refuse to complete Form 770.
