603.05 Adult Standard Disregard SR 03-04, 01/03 (AAM-A)

Subtract the adult standard disregard from the entire assistance group's combined countable income. The amount of the disregard is a flat rate based on the number of individuals in the assistance group.

Exception: Do not allow the adult standard disregard for individuals requesting

. nursing facility care,

. HCBC-ECI categorically or medically needy MA - Only,

. HCBC-ABD MA Only, or

. HCBC-DD MA - Only.
