603.05 Adult Standard Disregard SR 98-01, 06/98 (AAM-A)

Subtract the adult standard disregard from the entire assistance group’s combined countable income. The amount of the disregard is a flat rate based on the number of individuals in the assistance group.

Exception: Do not allow the adult standard disregard for individuals requesting

• nursing facility care,

• HCBC-ECI MA - Only,

• HCBC-ABD MA Only, or

• HCBC-DD MA - Only.
