109.05 Withdrawal of a Request for Assistance (FAM) |

An applicant may voluntarily withdraw a request for assistance for any reason, at any time before an eligibility determination is made.
If the applicant chooses to withdraw their application:
• They are notified that all rights to an administrative appeal are forfeited in the withdrawal process;
• The withdrawal is documented in the applicants case record, along with the reason, if given; and
• They have the right to re-apply at any time by submitting a new application for assistance.
