109.13 Concurrent Receipt of Financial Assistance (FAM)

No individual may receive financial assistance under more than one program of assistance administered by DFA at the same time.

• Individuals receiving TANF financial assistance who subsequently become eligible for financial assistance under a State Supplement Program (SSP) -- OAA, APTD, or ANB -- may not receive financial assistance under that program for any months in which TANF financial assistance has already been received, even if the recipient voluntarily repays the Department for past TANF financial assistance received.

• Notify TANF recipients applying for financial assistance under an SSP of this restriction at the time of application for SSP.
