227.03 Striker Eligibility (FAM)

An assistance group is ineligible for FANF financial assistance for any month in which a parent or caretaker relative included participates in a strike on the last day of the month.

If an individual other than the parent/caretaker relative included participates in a strike on the last day of the month, do not include that individual’s needs when determining eligibility for the remainder of the assistance group. If there is only one eligible child and they are on strike, terminate the case for having no eligible children.
