247.03 Completing an Application for RCA (FAM)

To complete an application for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA)*, the individual must do all of the following:

• complete an official application;

• provide all required verification of eligibility criteria within timeframes; and

• participate in an eligibility interview.

Individuals may file the application before an interview is conducted.

A completed application must, at minimum, contain the applicant’s name, address, and signature.
