Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) provides cash assistance, for up to 12 months following the refugee’s arrival in the US, to eligible refugees who are not categorically eligible for a regular BFA financial assistance program.

 

RCA is provided to help eligible refugees become self-sufficient as quickly as possible after settling in NH. The program is administered by the NH Refugee Coordinator in coordination with the Bureau of Family Assistance.
