415.05 Transfers to Monitor (FAM)

Monitor all transfers of countable property that are for less than fair market value and meet one of the following:

• occur within 60 months prior to application,

• occur while the application is pending, or

• occur while the individual is receiving financial assistance.

Only monitor assets transferred within 36 months of application if the transfer:

• occurred prior to 2/8/06; and

• was not made into a trust.
