901 ACCESSING THE NH CHILD CARE SCHOLARSHIP (FAM)

Any individual has the right to apply for the NH Child Care Scholarship Program and to have an eligibility decision made on the application within 30 days. An individual may obtain an official application for NH Child Care Scholarship by contacting any District Office, accessing the application from the DHHS website at www.dhhs.nh.gov/dfa/apply.htm or via telephone. An individual may also apply for NH Child Care Scholarship through NH EASY at https://nheasy.nh.gov.

An applicant experiencing homelessness will be authorized to receive NH Child Care Scholarship for expedited child care within 7 days of the date of application when the child is linked to a DHHS enrolled child care provider. A final eligibility decision will be made within 30 days. See 903.04 Expedited Child Care for more information.
