913 TERMINATION OF ASSISTANCE (FAM)

Terminate child care services for individuals who no longer meet the eligibility requirements in this chapter.

Document all decisions to terminate assistance and issue a Notice of Decision to the individual giving the reason for the action. The termination of child care services is effective 10 calendar days from the date of the Notice of Decision.

Exception: Child care services terminate automatically without additional notice:

·         at the end of the certification period without additional notice;

·         assistance group’s income exceeds 85% SMI;

·         assistance group’s resources exceeds $1,000,000.00;

·         after 92 calendar days of job search;

·         after 92 calendar days of continued assistance;
