Fair Market Value — For all assets other than automobiles and trucks, means the price at which a willing seller and a willing buyer will trade. For automobiles and trucks, this means the "trade-in value" as specified in the National Automobile Dealers Association (N.A.D.A) Official Used Car Guide, also known as the "Blue Book."
Family — One or more adults and children, if any, related by blood, marriage, or adoption, who reside in the same living unit; separate groups of related adults, other than spouses, or unrelated adults residing together; a single case of children living with non-legally responsible relatives; or a single case of children living under the care of unrelated persons.
Fleeing Felon — individuals who are fleeing to avoid prosecution or custody for a crime, or an attempt to commit a crime, that would be classified as a felony (or in the State of New Jersey, a high misdemeanor).
