Leave-of-Absence — a temporary absence from work approved by the employer.

Level of Eligibility — the type of assistance for which an individual may be eligible*.

Licensed — approved by the Office of Public Health to provide child care services.

License-Exempt — child care services not required to be licensed.

Liquid Asset — a resource which can be readily converted to cash, such as cash, checking or savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and stocks or bonds.
