If the individual refuses to cooperate with the District Office in completing an eligibility requirement:

Deny, reduce, or terminate assistance using adverse action procedures:

Once denied or terminated for refusal to cooperate, individuals may reapply for assistance. Determine eligibility only after they cooperate.
