134.07 Length of Extensions SR 06-12, 10/06 (FAM-A)

Assistance groups eligible for or receiving FAP financial assistance may remain eligible for FAP financial assistance so long as the AG continues to meet all FAP program requirements.

Assistance groups eligible for or receiving NHEP/UP financial assistance may have eligibility extended for up to 6 months (12 payroll periods) per extension request.

To remain eligible for TANF/UP during an extension of eligibility, all AG’s must continue to meet general, technical, categorical, and financial requirements for TANF/UP financial assistance and, if applicable, NHEP work program participation requirements.
