217 SEPARATE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE GROUPS SR 11-30, 07/11 (FAM-A)

The number of individuals in the *FANF financial assistance group must equal the number of individuals in the *FANF medical assistance group. Establish separate medical assistance groups for individuals who are not eligible for *FANF financial assistance, but who are eligible for medical assistance.

Be sure that all individuals in the separate medical assistance group are eligible for the same type of medical assistance coverage. Establish separate medical assistance groups for each type of medical assistance coverage, if necessary.
