For eligible children, provide medical assistance through the month the child turns 19 years of age.
Program criteria requires that the child:
• must be a U.S. citizen, and
• must be a New Hampshire resident.
The child must meet the listed requirements for one of the following programs in order to be eligible for that coverage group:
