219 CHILDREN UP TO AGE 19 SR 98-29, 06/98 (FAM-A)

For eligible children, provide medical coverage up to the day of the month the child turns 19 years of age.

Program criteria require that the child be a:

• U.S. citizen, and

• New Hampshire resident.

The child must meet the listed requirements for one of the following programs in order to be eligible for that coverage group:
