247 REFUGEE CASH AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (RCA/RMA) SR 10-06, 07/10 (FAM-A)

*Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) provides cash and medical assistance, including In and Out RMA, for up to 8 months following the refugee’s arrival in the US, to eligible refugees who are not categorically eligible for a regular DFA financial or medical assistance program.

RCA and RMA is provided to help eligible refugees become self-sufficient as quickly as possible after settling in NH. The programs are administered by the NH Refugee Coordinator in coordination with the Division of Family Assistance.
