315.11 Reapplication/Reinstatement after Voluntary Quit SR 00-08, 02/00 (FAM-A)

An individual sanctioned for voluntary quit * is considered to have complied when the individual verifies that he or she has begun participating for a minimum of 20 hours a week in:

• paid employment; or

• an NHEP-approved OJT or AWEP.

Failure to comply has ceased as of the date compliance is verified. Remove the sanction so that the payment standard is returned to the pre-sanction level effective the next available payroll period, but no later than the payment period following the payment period in which the verification was provided.
