705.03 Funeral and Disposal Expenses SR 94-04, 04/94 (FAM-A)

Expenses include funerals and burial or cremation.

Apply personal resources of the deceased toward the cost of funeral, burial, or cremation before authorizing any payment. After applying any resources, authorize payment for any remaining expenses up to the maximum.

Authorize up to a maximum of $750 toward proper disposal of a person’s remains.

Payment is provided directly to the vendor using Form DW-13, Vendor Authorization and Statement.
