825 CONCILIATION PROCESS SR 97-41, 11/97 (FAM-A)

The conciliation process is a way of resolving a situation when a mandatory participant did not comply with a work-related requirement. A conference meeting is arranged between the individual and the Division of Family Assistance Supervisor (or designee) to determine the reason for noncompliance and to work to resolve any problems or confusions without resorting to disqualification of the individual.

See Section 808.33 , Conciliation Process, regarding conciliation requirements in the New Hampshire Employment Program.
