909.01 Changes Due to Birthdays SR 97-28, 08/97 (FAM-A)

• Change payment rates for children turning 3 years old effective on the first day following the child’s birthday.

• Terminate child care services for children turning 13 years old effective on their birthday.

Exception: A child may continue to be eligible for child care services up to age 18 if the child’s physical and/or mental condition is such that the child would cause harm to him/herself or to others without supervision. See Section 919.01, Required Verification.
