909 CHANGES IN NH CHILD CARE SCHOLARSHIP SR 09-17, 06/09 (FAM-A)

The individual must report all changes in household circumstances or providers within 10 calendar days of the date the change occurs.

If the reported change results in a decrease in benefits or termination of eligibility, make the action effective 10 calendar days from the date of the Notice of Decision (NOD).

Exceptions:

• Although a NOD will be generated when a family changes a step level, no 10-day ANP applies to families moving from a lower income level Step to a higher income level Step.

• No 10-day ANP is provided for a change in a family’s cost share amount.
