914 Appealing a Decision SR 17-12 Dated 07/17 (FAM-A)

A parent has 30 calendar days from the date on the notification of an eligibility decision regarding Child Care Scholarship to request an appeal.

In order for Child Care Scholarship to continue at the previously determined level during the Administrative Appeal process, a parent must request continuation of Child Care Scholarship by filing an appeal within 15 calendar days from the date on the notification.

If the original decision is upheld by the Administrative Appeals Officer, Child Care Scholarship will be denied, decreased or terminated effective the date indicated on the original notification. The parent must repay in full the extra assistance they received as a result of the continued benefit.
