921.01 Leave of Absence SR 97-28, 08/97 (FAM-A)

Continue to consider an individual employed during a leave of absence from work when both of the following criteria are met:

• The leave of absence is for 6 weeks or less; and

• The individual is assured of a job with the same employer when the absence ends.
