925.03 Leave of Absence SR 97-28, 08/97 (FAM-A)

Consider an individual in training or education during leaves of absence when both of the following criteria are met:

• The leave of absence is for 6 weeks or less; and

• The individual is assured of reentry in the program when the absence ends.
