941 NH CHILD CARE SCHOLARSHIP DISABILITY DIFFERENTIAL RATES SR 14-34, 11/14 (FAM-A)

The payment differential rate for providers caring for children with verified disabilities is:

• $15.00 per week for part-time service level;

• $30.00 per week for half-time service level; or

• $50.00 per week for full-time service level.

Payment is based on the hours (service level) billed for any given week.

Note: The disability differential payment is intended to be used by the provider to assist with additional costs associated with caring for the child with the disability. It is not to be applied to the parent's account to reduce the cost share or co-pay.
