943.01 Required Co-Payment SR 97-28, 08/97 (FAM-A)

• Inform non-TANF individuals that they must contribute to the cost of the child care they receive. Explain that the Department deducts a co-payment from the child care service payment when the rate charged by a noncontract provider is less than or equal to the maximum allowable reimbursement rate. The amount of the co-payment is determined by the family’s income eligibility level.
