945 PAYMENT FOR CONTRACT AGENCY SERVICES SR 14-34, 11/14 (FAM-A)

*Refer the child care case to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) when the parent or provider has failed to abide by the rules set forth in He-C 6910.

The SIU will determine if the overpayment was solely the fault of the provider or the parent or if both were in collusion. Funds may be recouped from the party or parties responsible.
