127.01 Interview Sites (FSM)

An in-person interview is conducted at the applicant’s local district office. The place where the interview is conducted must preserve the privacy and confidentiality of the interview.

Applicants are also able to choose to have a phone interview or a video interview (recertification’s only) over coming in to the District Office for an in person interview.  All phone interviews and video interviews must also preserve the privacy and confidentiality of the interview.

All program and verification requirements remain the same whether the applicant participates in a phone or face-to-face interview.
