…Child is 22 or older; or

…Child is under age 22; or

…Child is under age 22 and lives with their minor child; or

…Child is under age 22 and lives with their spouse; or

No

…Child is > age 18 but < age 22, adopted, and now resides with birthparents and the birthparents have not reestablished parental rights over the child.

Yes

Individual age 60 or older (and spouse) lives and eats with others. The income of these others cannot exceed 165% of the net income limit.

These individuals must be unable to purchase food and prepare meals separately because of permanent disability.
