801.05 Loss of Exemption from SNAP Work Requirements (FSM)

If an individual loses their exemption status due to any change in circumstance, the exemption status must be updated. The individual must be informed of the SNAP work requirements and consequences for failure to comply. Provide the individual with BFA Form 213, SNAP Work Requirements.
