805 NOTIFICATIONS AT RECERTIFICATION (FSM)

At each recertification, provide the household with the following forms:

·         BFA Form 77d, SNAP Information Sheet

·         BFA Form 213, SNAP Work Requirements

·         BFA Form 216, Are You an ABAWD?

Explain the applicable work requirements for each individual and review the appropriate forms. These forms also need to be reviewed whenever an exempt individual becomes mandatory.
