127.01 Interview Sites SR 23-18 Dated 4/23

At initial application and at least every 12 months for recertification, the household must participate in either a face-to-face interview at the District Office, or a telephone interview.

All program and verification requirements remain the same whether the applicant participates in a telephone or face-to-face interview.
