Most households must report all of the following changes. Refer to Section 145.04, Special Reporting Requirements, for exceptions to the reporting requirements below.
Unearned Income. Changes in:
• source; and
• amount of gross monthly unearned household income from a private source if the amount changes by more than $100* in any 1 month during the entire certification period.
Earned Income. Changes in:
• source; and
• hourly wage rate or salary if the change causes gross monthly earned income to change by more than $100 in any 1 month during the entire certification period.
Other Changes That Must be Reported:
• household composition;
• acquisition of a registered vehicle;
• lottery or gambling winnings, won in a single game before taxes or other withholdings, equal to or greater than $3750;
• available cash, stocks, bonds, or money in a bank or savings account if the total reaches or exceeds the maximum allowable resource limit; and
• residence and any resulting changes in shelter costs.
