237.05 Two Issuances in the Same Month SR 94-04, 04/94 (FSM-A)

Certify the household consisting of the battered woman and children even if their former household already received food stamps for the same month if both of the following apply:

• the former household’s allotment was based on a household size that included the woman and children, and

• the former household includes the person who abused them or threatened to abuse them.

Complete Form 444 to implement duplicate issuances until the woman and children are removed from the former household group.

Report the change in household composition to the case technician responsible for the former household.
